What this website does
This site lets you tell us about a van you want to sell so we can make you an offer. Submitting the form is a request for a valuation. It is not an offer to buy, it does not commit you to selling, and it does not commit us to buying.
Valuations and offers
Any figure we give you is based on the information you provide and on market conditions at the time. It is not binding until we have inspected the van and both sides have agreed in writing at collection.
We may revise or withdraw an offer if the van is materially different from how it was described — undisclosed damage, a materially different mileage, missing paperwork, or a fault that was not mentioned. If the van is as described, the agreed figure stands.
Information you give us
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are the legal owner of the van or authorised to sell it, and that you have disclosed any outstanding finance.
You must not use this site to submit someone else’s details, to submit registrations for vehicles you have no connection to, or to attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
Photos you upload
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us permission to use them internally to value the van and, if we buy it, to advertise it for resale. Do not upload photos containing other people, documents or anything you would not want a buyer to see. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
Sale and payment
If you accept an offer, we will arrange collection at a time agreed with you and pay by bank transfer to an account in the name of the registered keeper or seller. Title passes to us on collection and payment. You are responsible for removing your possessions from the van before we collect it, and for cancelling any insurance or road tax afterwards.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. The vehicle details returned when you enter a registration come from DVLA and DVSA records; we present them as supplied and cannot guarantee they are complete or current.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to REPLACE_LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME. You may not copy, scrape or republish it without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
